I’m writing up a Bestiary for Knave, drawing inspiration from AD&D 1e Monster Manual and the Basic D&D monsters. So, I know Ben Milton himself says that you can port these guys over near-wholesale, but I wanted a quick reference document (not exhaustive) to flip through and have as many stats and monster flavours tersed into some 4-columned spread as I could.
I have to say – I’ve never learned as much about these monsters, until I rewrote them into such small entries.
